1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Orosfort Private Limited, a company based in Chennai, India ("we", "us"). Aquinel is a trading name of Orosfort Private Limited.

By using this website, booking a free consultation call or asking for a free audit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use it for a company, you confirm you are allowed to agree for that company.

These terms are not our client contract. If you hire us, the work is covered by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement wins.

2. What the site is for

The site gives information about our services: search work for Google and AI answers, for MSPs, IT services firms and software development companies.

It is general information. It is not professional, legal or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as advice for your own situation.

3. The free consultation call and free audit

The consultation call and the audit are free. There is no fee and no obligation, on your side or ours. Neither one is a promise of a result, and neither one commits you or us to a signed engagement.

An audit is our view on the date we prepare it, based on what you send us and what we can see from outside your business. We may decline a request, for example if it is not a fit for the firms we work with.

4. No guarantees about search or AI results

Search engines and AI systems such as Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini are run by other companies. They change without notice, and we do not control them.

Any example, sample report or illustration on this site is an illustration. It is not a promise of a ranking, a citation, a recommendation or a number of leads.

We improve the odds and measure them. We do not guarantee an outcome.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape or crawl the site in a way that harms it or slows it for others
  • try to break, test or get around its security
  • use the site for anything unlawful
  • send us false details, or details about someone else without their permission
  • use our content to train or improve a competing service without our written permission

6. Intellectual property

The site, its copy and its design belong to Orosfort Private Limited. So do the names Aquinel, Share of Answer, Sourced Prompt Discovery, Citation Gap Analysis and Source Engineering.

You may share a link to any page. You may quote a short extract if you credit Aquinel and link to the page. Anything more needs our written permission.

8. Your content and submissions

What you send us through a form, a booking or a message is used to reply to you and to deliver the service you asked about. The Privacy Policy explains how.

You confirm that you are allowed to send us what you send, and that it is accurate as far as you know. It stays yours.

9. Disclaimers and liability

We take care with the site, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. That includes liability for fraud, and for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data, that comes from using this site, the free call or the free audit. Our total liability for them is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

This limit applies to the site, the free call and the free audit only. Liability for paid engagements is set out in the written agreement for that engagement.

10. Changes to the site and these terms

We may change or remove any part of the site at any time. We may also change these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. The version on this page applies from that date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai, India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about this site.

This does not remove any rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
