Best MSP Marketing Agencies in 2026: 10 Compared (Including Us)
The best MSP marketing agencies in 2026, from their own websites: who each one fits, what they charge, contract terms, guarantees and AI search work. Aquinel is on the list.
The best MSP marketing agency depends on your gap. Jumpfactor and TSL Marketing fit full-service needs. MSP Launchpad fits owners who want to do the work. Tactics Marketing fits an MSP-only specialist search. Aquinel, which wrote this list, fits search only. We read nine MSP marketing agencies' own sites on 12 October 2026. Only four publish prices, and none explains how it measures AI search.

Note on verification: Every fact about another agency comes from that agency's own website, read on 12 October 2026. Their claims are self-reported and we could not check them. Where a page said nothing, we write "not stated", not "no". Prices change, so confirm before you rely on them. Aquinel wrote this list and is on it.
How we built this list
Search "best MSP marketing agency" and you get a wall of list articles. Most are written by agencies, and most put the author on the list. This one is too. Aquinel is number 10, and we say so up front.
Here is what we did to keep it fair. We started from agencies that rank in US search results for "msp marketing agency" and read nine of their sites. We did not read every agency that ranks, so this is a sample, not the whole market. We dropped The Growth Syndicate because its site never mentions MSPs. For each agency we noted six things: who they serve, what they sell, price, contract term, guarantee, and AI search work.
The numbers are not scores. Each agency is listed with the buyer it seems built for. The order is ours and means nothing about quality. If an agency wants a fact corrected, tell us and we will fix it and note the change.

10. Aquinel: best for search only (that's us)
Aquinel does Google SEO and getting named in AI answers like ChatGPT, for MSPs and IT firms. It is $4,000 a month, with no setup fee, no minimum term and a weekly call with the founder. If our measured share of AI answers has not moved after the first quarter, month four is free.
- What we don't do: Ads, cold outreach, websites, email or social posts.
- What we can't show yet: Named MSP client results. Our proof is a public test. ChatGPT named us in 2 of 5 runs of "best ai seo agency for MSPs," and last both times. Read the full five-run log, including the sixth run we threw out.
- Fit: You already have marketing help and want search done well. Not a fit if you need leads this quarter.
How to choose between them
- No marketing at all. Look at 1, 3 or 5. Ask for the full monthly price with add-ons.
- An owner who can do the work. MSP Launchpad's DIY plan costs far less than a retainer.
- Heavy ConnectWise user. JoomConnect fits.
- Marketing in place, need to be found. Aquinel or another search specialist. Ask for the buyer questions they track.
- Larger MSP. TSL or Jumpfactor are built for bigger teams.
Ask every shortlisted agency the same three questions. Can I see one MSP you grew, and what was measured? What counts as a lead, and what happens if you miss it? How many times do you run each buyer question in ChatGPT, and in what share of runs is the client named? For twelve more, read our questions to ask an MSP marketing agency.
What this list can't tell you
- We read websites, not contracts. Terms may differ.
- We spoke to no agency's clients. Review sites such as Clutch add that view.
- We did not test whether any agency's AI search work gets results.
Aquinel's own price and terms are on our services page. SEO for MSPs shows how the work runs.
Questions
Who is the best MSP marketing agency?
It depends on what you need. A full-service agency fits an MSP that wants websites, email and ads handled. A coach-style program fits an owner who wants to do the work. A search-only specialist fits an MSP that already has a marketing person. No agency we read publishes results that a buyer can check.
How much does an MSP marketing agency cost per month?
From the agencies that publish prices on 12 October 2026: $2,500 a month for part-time marketing management, about $4,900 to $5,000 a month for inbound or content and SEO, and up to $12,000 a month for a done-for-you program. Five of the nine publish no prices at all.
Should I choose an agency that only works with MSPs?
It helps with language and buyer knowledge. It does not prove results. Ask any agency, MSP-only or not, to show an MSP client it grew and what was measured.
Do these agencies do AI search work for MSPs?
Eight of the nine mention AI search in some form. None of the pages we read explains how the work is measured. Ask how many times they run each buyer question and what share of runs name you.
Is a lead guarantee worth anything?
Only if the terms are written down. Four of the nine mention a lead or growth guarantee. On the pages we read, none says what counts as a lead or what happens when the guarantee is missed.
