Best GEO Agencies in 2026: 7 Compared on What They Publish

A fair look at 7 GEO agencies, including AEO and AI SEO agencies. We judge what each publishes on method, price and terms. Aquinel is our company.

A good GEO agency publishes what it does, how it measures AI answers, its price and its contract terms. It also makes no promise of AI placement. We read the sites of seven GEO agencies on 12 October 2026. Most showed no price. Most gave no method. We rank no one. We list what each page says, so you can compare.

Note on verification: We read each agency's own site and its Clutch profile on 12 October 2026. Some Clutch fields were blank, and we say so where it matters. We did not test any agency's results. We did not measure how hard these keywords are to rank for. Reddit was not checked.

What should a good GEO agency publish?

We judged each agency on what it puts in writing. You can check writing. We used five checks.

  1. It says what it does. The page names the work you get each month.
  2. It shows how it measures AI answers. It names the questions it tracks and how often it runs them.
  3. It makes no placement promise. Nobody controls what ChatGPT says.
  4. It shows a price. Even a starting price helps you compare.
  5. It states contract terms. You should know the minimum term before the call.

These checks come from our buyer's framework for choosing a GEO agency. Check number two matters most. Without a method, you can't tell a real result from a lucky screenshot.

Who wrote this list, and why should you doubt it?

Aquinel wrote it. Aquinel is our company. It is one of the seven agencies below.

That is a stake. Weigh this list with it in mind.

A web search for "geo agency" on 12 October 2026 returned nine results. Four had "best" in the title. We have not judged their facts.

One example is on this list. Skale runs a post titled "13 Game-Changing GEO Agencies to Watch in 2026" on its own site. Skale is entry number one. We read that page on 12 October 2026. We took no facts from it.

We rank nobody and invent no scores. We list what each page said on 12 October 2026. You can open every page and check us.

How we picked the seven

We started with our saved competitor notes from 27 September 2026. We added agencies named in our earlier Aquinel posts. We kept agencies that sell GEO, AEO or AI SEO work in English.

Seven is a small sample. Your best fit may not be here.

The 7 agencies side by side

Every cell below comes from the agency's own site, read on 12 October 2026. "Not shown" means we found nothing on the pages we read. It does not mean the agency has no price or no terms.

Two of seven show any price. Three of seven say anything about terms. None of the seven states a guarantee of AI placement.

What does each agency say it does?

iPullRank

iPullRank is a New York agency. Its homepage sells "GEO programs across strategy, content, technical optimization, and measurement." It calls its method Relevance Engineering. It serves "Enterprise and Mid-Market" firms, per its page title.

It publishes the most about measurement. Its measurement page lists three metric groups: input, channel and performance. It names tools such as Profound, Semrush and Google Analytics 4. It shows no price and no terms.

Its Clutch profile lists a $50,000+ minimum, 10 to 49 staff and no reviews yet. It fits enterprise and mid-market teams with a $50,000+ budget.

Skale

Skale is a London agency. It calls itself an "AI search-first organic growth agency" for SaaS and tech firms. Its GEO page lists AI search audits, schema work, brand mention outreach and "AI Rank Tracking."

It describes a "bespoke AI search measurement framework" tracked weekly. It does not say how it samples prompts or how often it runs them. It shows no price on its service pages.

Clutch lists 16 reviews at 4.9, a $5,000+ minimum and 10 to 49 staff. It fits SaaS and tech firms that want SEO and GEO from one agency.

Discovered Labs

Discovered Labs sells AEO and GEO to B2B software firms. Its homepage says it works "exclusively with B2B SaaS companies." Its FAQ lists SaaS, fintech, healthcare and professional services. Those two lines conflict.

It says it uses "proprietary AI tracking, reported on pipeline." The page doesn't explain the tracking. Clutch lists four reviews at 4.9, 2 to 9 staff, founded 2024 and a $5,000+ minimum. It fits B2B software teams that want month-to-month terms.

Siege Media

Siege Media is an Austin agency. Its GEO page offers one bundled program. It covers research reports, digital PR, Reddit presence and content refreshes.

It names its measures: "LLM share of voice" tracked monthly, citations earned and AI referral traffic. It does not name its monitoring tool. It asks you to commit to six months or more.

Clutch lists 48 reviews at 4.9 and 50 to 249 staff. It fits brands that want PR, content and GEO together.

Directive

Directive is a B2B agency based in Irvine, California. Its GEO page sells three offers: GEO, AEO and AI-enhanced content. It lists "citation tracking, branded impression monitoring, and interaction modeling."

It shows no price and no terms. Its Clutch profile lists 56 reviews at 4.8. Its minimum project size is not disclosed. It fits B2B firms that want several channels from one agency.

Tech Pro Marketing

Tech Pro Marketing sells to MSPs and IT services firms only. MSP means managed service provider. Its homepage says "100% of our clients are MSPs and IT service providers."

Its AI search page says the work comes "included in our SEO retainers starting at $2,400/month." It also says it benchmarks your AI visibility on day one. It does not say which metrics it uses.

Clutch lists a $1,000+ minimum, 10 to 49 staff and no reviews yet. It fits MSPs that want SEO and AI search from an MSP specialist.

Aquinel (our company)

Aquinel sells GEO and SEO to B2B tech firms. That means MSPs, IT services, software, SaaS and cybersecurity firms. Its services page shows its monthly price and says "No minimum term, cancel any time."

It also describes its method. It builds a list of buyer questions. It runs each question several times in ChatGPT. It reports the result "as a ratio, never a single screenshot."

We can't be neutral about ourselves. Read the services page and test it against the five checks. It fits MSPs and IT firms that want a monthly method they can inspect.

What did the pages tell us?

Checks one and three passed for all seven. Each agency says what it does. None promises placement.

Checks two, four and five were weak. The table counts what the pages show.

Check two counts only one agency. Most others describe what they report. iPullRank names the most metrics. Only Aquinel says how often each question runs. That is our own page, so weigh it as a claim.

This matches an Aquinel study from 8 September 2026. We read 524 Clutch reviews of 36 GEO agencies. Only 61 reviews, 11.6%, described AI search work. Just two of 524 reviews gave a number for a commercial result. That is Aquinel's own research, so check the method.

Buyers can't compare these agencies from their pages alone. Most leave out a method, a price or terms. You must ask.

Is the market crowded for these terms?

We can't say. Aquinel pulled search demand from DataForSEO for the US in September 2026. "Ai seo agency" drew 1,600 searches a month. "Geo agency" drew 720. "Aeo agency" drew 590. "Generative engine optimization agency" drew 480.

Those numbers show demand. They don't show how hard ranking is. We did not measure that.

Are GEO, AEO and AI SEO agencies the same thing?

Mostly yes. The names overlap. Google's Search Central page, updated 10 December 2025, says there are "no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode." Mike King of iPullRank disagrees. His May 2026 post argues Google's guidance is naive and self-serving.

The two views conflict. Our reading sits between them. The tactics overlap with SEO. The measurement work does not. That is where you should press an agency.

How do you check any list, including this one?

Use six steps.

  1. Open the agency's own site. Ignore the list.
  2. Search the page for a price, a term and a method.
  3. Open its Clutch profile. Count the reviews that mention AI search.
  4. Ask which questions it tracks for you.
  5. Ask how many times it runs each question.
  6. Ask for the contract terms in writing.

One email can ask all six.

Questions

What is the difference between a GEO agency, an AEO agency and an AI SEO agency?

Often nothing. The three names describe overlapping work: getting a company named in AI answers. Ignore the label. Ask what the agency delivers each month and how it measures AI answers.

How do you choose a GEO agency?

Check its method before its results. Ask which questions it tracks, how many times it runs each one, and what it reports. Then read the price and the contract terms. Our buyer's framework covers the full checklist.

Can a GEO agency guarantee I show up in ChatGPT?

No. ChatGPT has no fixed ranking, so no agency controls its answers. None of the seven agencies we read states such a guarantee. Treat any promise of AI placement as a warning sign.

How much does a GEO agency cost?

Most agencies we read show no price. One shows a starting price for SEO retainers with AI search included. Clutch minimum project sizes for the seven range from $1,000 to $50,000. Ask for a full quote in writing.

Is this list unbiased?

No list is. Aquinel wrote this one, and Aquinel is one of the seven. We state our criteria first, cite each page, and show you how to check every claim yourself.
